For teams that cannot afford downtime
When a line stops because of a broken fixture, a worn mandrel, or a jig that didn't arrive on time, the problem isn't just the part — it's the lack of visibility, backup, and supplier response.
Radii combines digital quoting, technical review, and an audited manufacturing network in Mexico to produce tooling, custom spare parts, and critical components with tracking, documentation, and traceability based on project requirements.
Tooling and MRO types we cover
Custom fixtures
Assembly fixtures, inspection jigs, welding fixtures, and checking fixtures. Design + manufacturing or production from your drawing or CAD.
Manufacturing jigs
Drill, assembly, cut, riveting, and process-specific jigs. Custom templates for your product and operation.
Custom gauges
Dimensional gauges, go/no-go gauges, and verification devices for in-line inspection.
Mandrels and workholding
Custom mandrels, workholders, adapters, and components for existing machines or stations.
Custom machinery spare parts
Non-catalog machined parts, spare parts for discontinued equipment, and components for line modifications.
Custom turned parts
Bushings, shafts, fittings, custom bolts, and special studs in industrial materials per technical requirement.
Tooling, MRO, and custom production with industrial backing
Radii works with industrial teams that need to manufacture critical parts, validate spare parts, and maintain operational continuity without losing quality control or traceability.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does quoting a custom fixture or spare part take?
For parts with a complete drawing or CAD file, the process can move in hours. If the part requires technical clarification — such as a spare without an original drawing — the team reviews geometry, material, and use before quoting.
What materials do you work with for tooling?
We work with tool steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, aluminum, bronze, brass, and specialty materials depending on technical requirements and availability. We can also coordinate heat treatment or surface finishing when the project requires it.
Can you produce spare parts for equipment where the original drawing no longer exists?
Yes. You can share photos, approximate dimensions, known material, and operating context. With that information we can put together a technical proposal and validate the design before production.
What happens if a part arrives out of tolerance?
Radii reviews the case with technical documentation, identifies the root cause when applicable, and coordinates correction, replacement, or next action depending on the project. The goal is to resolve with a clear process — not improvised negotiation.
Do you handle recurring orders or only one-off events?
Both. We can support urgent events, line modifications, and recurring parts where it makes sense to establish clearer parameters, documentation, and supply conditions.
